Woohoo! Used density training to get to 30 + 30 KB snatches w/ 50lb KB! (weight = 140) Wanted to do this for a while, but wasn't able to until recently. It may not be much for some, but I feel very:showoff: so I thought I would share...haha BTW I noticed that it was more of a mental challenge, then physical. (I.E. not feeling like doing snatches) and also noticed metcon, running, etc has improved much.

That's really good Reece. I know a lot of heavier folk that have tried to do less and failed. You're on your way to RKC certification!!!!
