Hi, could anyone clarify some things for me?
Thrusters--75X30---What does this mean, my guess
is 30 reps with 75 pounds, but I'm not sure.
Also: Hang Clean 5-3-3-1-1-1
I assume that this is max weight for 1 set of 5 reps, 2 sets of 3 reps, and 3 sets of One rep.
If I'm wrong about these can someone let me know?
Also, the hang clean
