After all these years thinking I knew enough about nutrition i'm discovering I know so little!! Following my "Every day is relatively the same" when it came to eating has made it very difficult for me to make any chances...
However, it's been 2 days without dairy and i'm feeling pretty darn good. No more whey and no more cottage cheese. My bedtime snack has become a great hemp and berry shake and my breakfast for the past two days have been eggs, ham, fruits and nuts... however, what other options do i have for breakfast. Problem is I need something that is relatively fast to do (with law school coming!)... I doubt making egg whites every day is a good alternative to my everyday whey and oatmeal combo. ideas? And I appologize for the repetitiveness of my posts (diet this, allergy that, etc.) |

I get tired of eggs all the time too. I'll make a bunch of grassfed beef pattys and keep in the freezer and throw one on the fire for breakfast. Hits the spot along with a mixture of walnuts and almond butter.

Robs idea can be expanded into lots of other ideas.. basically if your able to consume meat in the morning you could pretty much eat anything for breakfast, meaning left over dinner or lunch, instead of the typical 'standard' breakfast people eat, like cereals and toast. So maybe, if you cook your dinner on the majority of occasions, depending on what it is you could just make extra and have it for breakfast.
