Has anyone who has requested a refund actually gotten it? I requested mine 3 weeks ago. At this point its just a matter of principal. I ordered in FEBRUARY!

Seriously. This isn't At Large's support forum. If you have an issue with ALN, take it up with them privately.

Oh, and FYI, I have personally replied to some emails and been told they were not received only to find the reply went to a SPAM folder. If you email us and don't get a reply within one business day check your SPAM folder. We do get behind at times, but it seems our replies are more frequently going to SPAM folders than in the past (I'm not sure why).

I received your reply. You sent me an attachment saying that it was delivered to my home. The attachment didn't have my order number, name or address. I didn't receive anything. I sent you another email. This is my first and middle name that's why you couldn't find it
