I haven't tried a heavy single in a while, and put my squat and DL on maintenance for the last 3 weeks - but I pulled 525 for 3 last week, with probably 2 in the tank.

I've got a terrible habit of air humping, which hurts me on my set up for my 1st pull, but I am working it out. With a peak and taper, I'm hoping to pull 600 at a meet (USAPL) scheduled for the 1st weekend in June.

I'd like to go 500/400/600 for a 1500 total in the 198's.
