This morning I ate...

4 egg omelette w/ham and cheddar cheese.
Roughly 1 cup (probably more) of fresh pineapple.
12 oz milk.
Cheese and milk? are you allow to eat those items when doing the Paleo Diet? Just curious :0

I don't eat strictly paleo. I'm on the paleo-plus-whatever-else-I-want diet.

Re: The Breakfast Thread

Every morning: Dave's killer bread toasted -- Good seed is the best, with PB and ample coffee. Love it! It's my favorite meal of the day. To spice things up I sometimes add banana slices.

Re: The Breakfast Thread

The last few mornings I've been getting up late and rushing out the door, so luckily I made some canadian bacon & egg "muffins" that I looked up on www.health-bent.com (wfs) when it was listed on another thread.

3 CB & egg "muffins"
1 large apple or banana
Large glass of unsweet tea (only way to get off my Coke Zero habit)
3 slices of bacon

This morning i had a sausage biscuit off the dollar menu and a large diet coke. Then I got to the office and someone had made pumpkin spice cookies so I had two of those.
