what do you think of my breakfast?

Just looking for random opinions as I am second guessing everything I eat lately:

Two eggs
1 oz cheese (cheddar) - omelette

1 tomatoe
1 avacado
1/2 cup strawberries

do you think there is too much fat in this? i tried to add it on fitday but couldn't find avacado's on the lists.

Seems fine to me...

How does it make you feel for the first half of your day? That's what matters.

I eat 4 eggs, either bacon or sausage, and some sort of fruit every morning and it makes me feel great.

277 calories
25 fat grams
14 carbs
3 protein
I think your breakfast looks good add some hot sauce!

you couldn't find avacado because it's spelled avocado.

thanks guys .. yeah i'm not hungry at all after eating that for a few hours .. thanks for the tips on the avOcado ... duh ... and yes we get hotsauce in canada ...

Most protein powders will have a high carb count due to sugars. I use muscle milk, which has 8 carbs per 35g scoop, but won't be using it when I'm not on deployment. You're missing out on half the protein and all the fat by using only egg whites though.

I like to put a HUGE amount of spinach into my smoothies, as well as coconut oil. Since you are plus dairy, greek yogurt is delicious also and could contribute to your protein.

hmm .. good to know .. i'll start using the whole egg, the only reason i was using the liquid eggwhites was because i had a good coupon and bought some .. lol .. i was using coconut milk for a while but havent' seen coconut oil .. i'll have to look for it.

Never heard of spinach in a smoothie .. I'll have to try that next time .. whatever to get them in me! I consider myself paleo plus dairy only really because of the cheese and a little milk in my coffee .. i've given up yogurt and don't really miss it that much.
