Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

The Xtremes are easier I guess in that you don't have to thread them, but then again, I'm surprised you actually unthread the Elites when you take them down to begin with. I usually leave mine threaded and wrap the webbing around the ring.

Otherwise nothing to add to my comments above.

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

Maybe I'm dense, but I can't comprehend how to put my closed-loop webbing around a closed-end bar without pulling the webbing out of the buckle first. Am I missing something?

But thanks for the answer about the Xtremes.

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

my opinion:

elites are the standard

Rogues have an awesome thickness and finish

MuscleDriver USA is skinny, crappy finish. But $50.

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

I mis-spoke (mis-typed?) I have the older Power Rings, not the Elites. It sounds like the strap system is easier to use on all the newer quality rings (Elites II, Xtreme, Rogue).

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

I'm really on the fence about buying rings.....I've used them before and know they are a tremendous asset to workouts.....but do i NEED them??? It's driving me crazy. Im considering the rogue rings.

Benjammin:

They will go out today! If they haven't shipped already I will put the new MARPAT straps in the box for you to review!

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

I received a pair of rogue rings from the very generous give away, so I might be a little biased. I have not tried out any other rings, but I do not see any reason why I would ever need to. The rings are a perfect texture and hold chalk well, I can obtain a great grip on them without much of a problem, apart from them being a little slippery before I used chalk on them a few times.

The straps are great, extremely easy to adjust and very quick. The black is beautiful Overall very very happy with them.

Re: Rings, Rings, Rings

I really want to order Rogues but due to the shipping costs of its weight, i cannot order. So ill have to settle for Xtreme.

Its a real shame
