Re: Sand Bags

no problem, if i were you, buy the bag linked earlier, and get those smaller bags that you posted the link to. I think that would be a very good setup, i wish you would have linked to those smaller bags earlier, i think they would work much better

Whilte searching for sandbag, i found this article (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/henkin37.htm) wfs by josh henkin at bodybuilding.com and mentioned that the used the sandbags available at K2 fitness

named Body Bag

http://k2fitness.org/Shop/index.php?cPath=24 (wfs)

I think ill go with this one, as it does not have grippers and its cheaper than the rest of the bags especially josh henkins sandbag

Regarding the ironmind sandbag, i read some reviews at rosstraining forum that the bag was good but it was very big.

here is another link to lots of sandbags and army bags.

Re: Sand Bags

I believe Iron Mind's stuff to be the standard. There are some advantages to having a bag with handles, but if it's not the only tool in the box, the lack if handles is the dimension that you were likely seeking in the first place.
If I were to start over again, the san******s are where I'd start.
Iron Woody also makes handle******s, but I think the Iron Mind bags are the way to go.
If you don't need the guide book, it's going to be cheaper to go without the set and just get the outer and inner bags separately.

Re: Sand Bags

So where have you people ordered these Sea Bags or A Bags? I keep looking online and most of the time the shipping is as much as the bag. Some of the sites look pretty generic, too. Has anybody ordered one and received it? Can you point me to a good website?
