20 Pull-ups

Time: 9:41

Scaled it down pretty hardcore...those are the 2 things i suck at most. Doing a met-con again felt great, no issue's on the back

12 HSPU (or progressions)

Time: 14:08

My HSPU's were progressions

I had no idea where to get started in terms of weight thats why i got so many sets lol

Good to see you back at it without any nagging injuries. That running, kb,hspu wod sucked.

Good effort on the front squats.

Glad to hear that you caught your first fire. Crossfit will cut your rehab time down so much it isn't even funny and will increase how long you can stay on air before needing a new bottle.

yeah luckily my bottle actually lasted longer than some of the other guys'. Im so pumped and motivated in the gym. Thanks for poppin in mike
