Hey James! I'm home, finally, for summer. I didn't want to start this week due to my upcoming weekend trip to the CF Northeast Qualifiers (CAN'T WAIT) but I'm hitting up the damn paleo/zone come Monday now that I can focus on it/afford it and all -- be my zoning buddy!!!!!!!!!

haha ill try pretty hard to be the zoning pal...mind you I will hate it the first few weeks pretty bad but i will do it. Good luck

5-20-09

Run 400 Meters
30 Squats

Made it through 2 rounds and got some serious serious chest pain, im thinking its from the sugar and caffeine overload throughout the day, lesson learned.

yeah it def. wasnt easy but i really wanted to do all 4....but chest pains is nothing to screw around with so i threw in the towel...no more retarted *** energy drinks for me and yeah yeah whoever reads this will want to ***** at me.....i already know

Dude you are WAY too young to be having chest pains. Can you read 12-leads yet? You may want to sneak a look at yourself at the lifepak at the station, without telling anyone.

I'm of the school of drinking one or the other-sugar or caffeine, at one time. Those energy drinks are indeed bad news, my friend. Especially in our field.

yeah i know i had a energy drink today and 3 pops on the golf course, go ahead, ***** at me lol.....but yeah i have never had chest pain before today so im thinking it was pretty much purely all to do with that

I am so sore its not even cool...went and had a sweet brush fire this morning and i felt like i was 90 years old tryin to fight that thing im so sore....its just my lower body so im trying to decide if i want to destroy my upper body today before the rest day tomorrow, cause theres no way im doing michael today with the legs feeling the way they do
