Just as a two-cent kinda thing...

Trace blood in urine can be quite common in athletes. Hard/high impact excercises can cause it. Jumping jacks, running at high intensity or great distances for examples can cause trace blood in urine.

Also important to note that high protein diets can cause this.

It all depends on if the results come back as +X (x being a number and depends on the lab as to what their abnormal values would be). Check it out and so on but do not beat yourself over it.

As in all things medical I would constantly refer you to follow up with a physician.

trace blood in urine is NOT a good thing.

trace blood is other errrr fluids is more common than you think.

thanks guys, i have a follow up with family dr. tuesday. Going to get that checked out and get a few blood work orders, test. levels, general health stuff just to see where i stand.

went to dr. today, he found no blood in my urine so the nurse that checked it in the other place must have screwed up, getting my test levels checked tomorrow also.
