JC's crossfit log

So I have been doing crossfit for a few months now and have finally decided to make a log to keep track of it all. I will post some pictures tomorrow of Day 1 of the Zone. I will be starting at 15 blocks a day.

-Im 5'9'' 190lb

Goals By Christmas
- 170lb
- Sub 7min Fran
- Sub 7min Mile
- Complete a 3k without a break
- Break 300lb on Squat
- Break 350lb on Deadlift
- Overhead press 160lb



I know some of my goals are a joke to some people but hey...everyone's gotta start somewhere Im hoping with this log it will keep me motivated to stay strict on diet and exercise.

Here's todays breakfast

2 Whole eggs
1 Cup milk
1 Full pear
1 Tsp. oil

= 3 blocks for everything

Run 400 meters
Rest 2 minutes


Time = 9:25

Yeah its horrible i know my running sucks

fell a day behind due to the labor day weekend, doin the weighted pull-ups today will post loads when done

I did all 7 with a 20lb vest. I know thats not how its suppose to happen but i was in a hurry today

Im not very familiar with the push-jerk so i did it with just the bar to practice. Also i did a zone bf% test and im almost at 200lb and got shockingly horrible news. 26% body fat. Talk about a wake up call. I want to add cutting that in half to my goals list in first post
