Workout of the Day- July 14th, 2008- Modified Let me Know What You Guys Think

Should be a good workout: Just got back from Training for Officer's Program for the Marine Corps: Now back into my triathlon training for the summer: Crossfit Has helped greatly with my endurance: Trying to get a spot on the Boston Triathlon Team: Hopefully everything works out alright: I will add my own workout after this Workout of the Day: Let me Know What You Guys Think of this Workout: Feel it is pretty good after the five rounds of 400 meters and 50 air squats
"Bad News Bears"
Four Rounds For Time:
Burpees: 30-25-20-15
Double Unders: 30 reps
Row Machine: 500 meters
DB Thrusters: 21-18-15-12
Sit-Ups: 25 reps
Pull-Ups: 10 reps

Swim: 15-20 mins (Only Freestyle)

This is after the five rounds of 400 meters and 50 air squats

What weight for the thrusters? I might be able to pull it off fresh, although for me I would stop worrying about time. If I was supposed to do that after 5x400 meters and 5x50 air squats though I'd just sit down and cry. 400 meter runs are already terrible.

If you want to do it, go ahead. More power to you. Let us know how it goes.

RXed WOD is only 4 rounds. Not that it makes it any easier...

The Workout went pretty well... Did everything but the swimming.... the modified workout I did was pretty tough I did 30 lb Thrusters with the Dumbbells. I did the 4 by 400 and 4 by 50 air squats in sub 13 mins
