So i am 198lbs 6'2 and about 11% BF. (My goal is to drop down to single digit BF % mabey right around 6%.) I am eating on average 2100 cals. 186g protein, 106g fat, 144g carbs (all fruits and veggies). I am IFing with an eating window from 2pm - 8pm. along with IFing i am eating a paleo diet. i have a calorie output of about 3800 cals. From what i have read i am not eatting enough. that i should be about 500 cal short of 3800 cals. Is this true? do i need to be eating more? If so any suggustions on how to do that, i feel like i am already eating a TON of food! also how do my fat/carb/protein intakes look?
