Blair's Log

Hey, I figured I would start this log. I am 34yrs old, in the Navy as a Search and Rescue Medical Technician. Currently, I am preparing a package for Navy Dive school.

Monday:

Michael
800m at 8.0
35 back extensions
35 situps

Had to break up the back ext and situps into sets of ten. Forgot to time it, but it looks to be around 30 minutes or so.

Re: Blair's Log

Forgot to add that I bike to work. About 5 miles both ways.

Front Squat 5x5

Felt the urge to go big, but really practiced my form. Concentrated alot on driving from the heels. I crossed my arms to rest the bar on my clavicles. The clean grip just hurt too much. Tried pointing my elbows out, probably just need to practice more.

45lbs,45lbs,45lbs,65lbs,95lbs(PR!).

Re: Blair's Log

Hello Pukie! Well, not quite but he did poke his head around the corner a couple times on this one.

Warm up

SS
Back Ext x10
Pull ups x10
Dips x10

Run 400m x3 8.0 on the treadmill
3x SDHP 65 lbs
3x thrusters 65 lbs

Broken up into sets of ten. The last go round was tough, but I feel good to have done it. Is it okay to post scaled workouts on this forum? Not sure because most folks seem to be doing it as Rx'd.
