6'1, 175#, ~10% bodyfat
17 year old male

All food is eaten between 5PM and 11PM each day (18 hour intermittent fasting period).

Carbs: ~100-130g per day, mostly from fruit and nuts.
Protein: ~150g per day from chicken, beef, eggs, tuna, salmon, pork, nuts.
Fat: 200+ grams per day from olive oil, nuts, nut butters, flaxseed oil, fish oil, eggs, salmon, tuna, lean meat.
Water: 3-4 liters per day.

All food selections are Paleo.



I no longer have the slightest inclination toward cookies, candy, donuts, etc. though I may have a bowl of Breyer's ice cream once every 1-2 weeks.

I suggest getting a book called 'The Diet Cure' by Julia Ross, before you get misled by people throwing different fad diets at you. This book is tailored to your specific needs, no one can tell you what you need to eat without knowing some background first. Give it a chance, it could change your life forever.
