Can you give more information as to the amount of CF coverage given? I am assuming this is some kind of new year's resolution with some out of shape people resoving to get in shape, and it just happens to be in a CF gym? Do CF principals get discussed? How about references to the website?

Do you know if it'll be repeated anytime soon?

There were 3 people on the show featured. They each had their own trainer.

From what I saw, Andy's trainee/client was interested in triathlons. He had her running, squatting, swimming, ect and working her tail off. I didn't hear CF principles were discussed as the focus was on his client and not so much "what" methodology they were using to get fit.. The workouts were a small portion of the show. She did make mention late in the show that he was a unique trainer and she seemed to really appreciate him.

He was wearing a Crossfit T-Shirt in one of the segments.

If it's on TLC, it would likely be repeated. But, not sure when.

They mentioned the Zone Diet and had pre-made zone meals delivered to the big guys house.

Pretty good show. I was hoping the big guy would be able to move some weight, but he turned out to be pretty week. He had that Westside Barbell Club look going.

It looks like the Jan 7th show might have been it for now. At least that is what I am getting out my search results. I do not know when they are going to re-air it.:dunno:

My wife stumbled across it, too. I'm a sucker for shows like that for some reason--always want to see what training gets promoted.

I didn't recognize Andy but knew something was up when he had his client running then doing squats with her nose up against a wrought iron fence to keep from leaning forward and telling her to write down her time afterward. Later she was swinging KBs, and Andy was wearing a CF T-shirt in some of the interview segments.

The client seemed to have a good attitude to push herself and succeed, but unfortunately turned out to have a thyroid condition that limited weight loss from diet and exercise. I was more than a little startled that her previous doctor hadn't checked that before performing gastric bypass surgery.

I also noticed that the winner on "America's Biggest Loser" worked with the trainer who had his team doing planche holds and pushing each other on wheelbarrows, not the one who had them spending hours on elliptical trainers. There's a pattern for those who'll see it.

John; I watched abit of "ABL" as well but found the format & host too hard to take. So the winner was the one coached by Lisa Lyons?
I would like to see a change in these shows, instead of weight loss, have them do percentage of body fat lost. That way, people putting on muscle wouldn't be kicked off because their weight stayed the same or went up.
