It's a really long video, but it full of some off the wall exercises and some crazy stuff! One of the guys jumps onto a 50'' platform... With one leg. The triple clap pushups are pretty crazy too.

You're right, it is really long. Didn't watch all, just pieces. Some good solid stuff from what I saw. Was that music that played with?

Boo, that guy cheated teh triple clap pushups by bending at the waist.

The one foot wasn't really the one foot I thought it would be since it was a 1 step vertical leap basically. Looks like he has approximately a 3 feet vertical though which is still good though.

The 95 KB double flip was awesome as was the KB catch and clean & jerks at the end. The kegs, tires and atlas stones were cool though. I want some stuff like that. :-)

For anyone looking to do dead hang muscles up like they were doing you HAVE to take a false grip. Check out how much their hands are over the bar when they do it. They guys who didn't make it didn't have their palms on top of the bar as much so they couldn't get their weight on top of it.

The Diesel Crew guys are pretty wild, but very strong. I use quite a bit of their stuff in my own training.

I enjoyed watching the stuff that I wouldn't be able to do. Which was a lot.
But the atlas stone, the tire, the log press, and the keg work is all pretty standard stuff.
If you want to catch someones attention, flip that tire for 50, 75 or 100 feet.

Nice stuff. It's always inspiring to see what people can do when they go the extreme in their workouts.

They guys who didn't make it didn't have their palms on top of the bar as much so they couldn't get their weight on top of it.
