That workout is going to be the Christmas challenge for Crossfit Sydney. Since we've got one keg already it's going to be 10 keg C+P then 400m run then skull beer and repeat.

I just filled my keg about half full and started using it. Very awkward because of the sloshing and the diameter, killer fun!

I've got another keg that i'm going to fill all the way up, it won;t be as awkward but i want to use it for heavy bearhug carries and stuff to train for strongman
