Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Time: 19:18 (PR)

Not as fast as I was hoping for, but my squats felt off tonight. Running felt okay, but could have been better. I wonder if this is related to the late night and too much sugar UFC?

Greg, I'm on 18 blocks with 4x fat. I know it sounds cliche by this point, but every meal is some type of meat, vegetable and/or fruit, and nuts. Been eating a lot of almond butter lately.

Thanks For the feedback Anthony. You and Jodi are a great inspiration. I am interested in the zone diet but don't know much about it. Do you know where i could read up on it. And I wont bother you guys any more

Not a problem at all Greg! Check out CrossFit Journal #21 - great place to get an overview of the Zone. If you want more info after that, check out one of the Zone books (entering the zone, or mastering the zone). Good luck!

I've been reading your log, and am SO impressed with Jodi! (I mean, Anthony, you're great and all, but...)

Jodi, your presses - those are such a weak area for me, and you're cranking out multiple reps at 70#. I clearly need to work these more, but for now, just wanted to say !

Greg - I am pretty sure that issue is free.

Another good area for some CF articles is CrossFit Journal>Nutrition (scroll down on the right). Or just click HERE (link is safe)

Tony - I noticed a lot of people avoid peanuts/cashews, think it may be a paleo thing, do you avoid them?

Well below my PR, but I haven't done heavy chinups in a loooooong time. Head wasn't in the gym today either.

Ehn, she's okay, I mean everyone does kettlebell swings with 70% of their body weight, right??

Forgot to mention, I got an L-Sit PR ... 52 seconds.
