parallettes
What exercises do you do on them. Are they primarily for gymnastics.

Push ups
Hand stand push ups Seated Dips Seated L Dips use them to jump over sideways and do burpees Throw um at the dog when he chews on my rubber bumper plates |

L-sit/L-seat
wrist relief for hand balancing practice (handstand, planche development) put a few of them side by side and you have a bench |

Burpees. Saw on a thread here once that raising the hands slightly in the burpee can assist in avoiding lower back pain (which I sometimes would get from them). Have found that helpful. But mainly push-ups (for me anyway). 1 good deep one is worth at least double without the parallettes.
