Incorporating Bodybuilding movements like bicep curls into workouts

I did a workout this morning which consisted of cleans and push presses, box jumps then bicep barbell curls

did 8 rounds

It was pretty cool i gotta say

I would (personally) keep the bodybuilding movements as "assistance" work after my strength and/or conditioning work was complete for the day.

That's basically what I do with any small assistance type work (bicep curls/tri extensions/etc). Always fun to throw in some of the good ol' bodybuilding movements into a workout but I usually do it after the main workout if at all.

Most Raw powerlifters as well as strongman competitors and from what I hear the Chinese olympic weightlifting team incorporate this as well, some old school bodybuilding type work.
