Great resource for preventing pain and injury
I'm finishing up physical therapy school and I wanted to make a resource for crossfit athletes to trouble shoot what's causing them pain and to fix it.
Crossfit is an excellent thing. The only downside is the incidence of injury. this can really give crossfit a bad name. I thoroughly believe crossfit can be safe if done properly. I made this website as a resource to help people enjoy their sport pain free.
I've made sections for each body part that could be giving you trouble and I'll be regularly updating it with more information.
