Arm bone pain?

So I've been having this pain for the last month now. Everytime I lift something over my head whether its a press, thruster or whatever I get a pain in my arm bone. To be specific if you hold your arm straight out in front of you it would be on the inner side of your arm an inch or two from your wrist. I have tried using wrist straps but no luck I still get the pain. Although I can work through the pain I am thinking it might be something more serious as it has not gone away so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thumb sided wrist pain can be from tendonitis, nerve pain or scaphoid issues which is one of the wrist bones, I would get it checked if it has been a month.
