SWOD
Squat 3x5 @ 70lb
Bench 3x5 @ 105lb

Was tired yesterday, but determined to get at least 3 lift days per week. Incrementing lower body lifts by 5lb per week and upper body lifts by 2.5lb. Everything is still easy, which helps me get in there even when I'm fatigued.

Was going to do the scheduled DWOD of power cleans and push presses but back was tweaked. Deadlifts ok, but PCs and PPs would have been not ok.

SWOD
Squat 3x5 @ 65lb
Press 3x5 @ 55lb

The box jumps were supposed to be shin hops (wfs) but I my body was like "nah...". I'm sure I can do it, but I need to be sufficiently warmed up and practice it before doing it in a wod.

Getting over a sickness from the weekend, so this is the first workout of the week.

Completed:
R: 12, 12, 13, 12, 13
L: 11, 11, 12, 11, 13

Used a running clock, so fewer reps on left side while I wrote down the right side reps.

SWOD
Deadlift 3x5 @ 95lb
Bench 3x5 @ 85lb
Curl 3x5 @ 50lb

Will back off deads to 1x5 when they start feeling heavy.
