Re: 45lb box vest with wods?

Welcome to a soldiers world, I have to wear a helmet 9kg (19lbs), Body armour 11kg (24lbs), Load bearing equipment 10kg (22lbs) and 3kg of water as well. Then to add to the fun I have a 4kg (9lbs) rifle as well! Don't forget for long distance patrols I also get to carry 40kg (88lbs) of backpack on top of the rest making a whopping great 79kgs (174lbs) of equipment etc - not including the beer of course.

Seriously though I get your point about how hard it is to do weighted workouts. I did push ups the other day with body armour and load bearing vest and could only just knock out 12 in row!
