My first affiliate workout and first rowing working was a month ago. 4 x 500m sprints. Ugh. 1:43 was my first.

4 X 500m is intense.

We have a workout on Day 5 this week when each round finishes with a 500m row and its a 3 round session. One of our first workouts. Very intense.

Well under my PR, 4 weeks illness has really taken its toll. Rubbish!

Awesome. I did 250s this weekend and the readout gives you the estimated distance/calories over 30 minutes and I was definitely like, WHO THE HELL WOULD DO THIS FOR 30 MINUTES.
