PoleFit?

Two of my four children are girls. Chris Rock's sage parenting advice is uppermost in my mind. I'll paraphrase: "You have only ONE responsibility as a parent...KEEP YOUR DAUGHTER OFF THE POLE!"

So what do you tell your sons?

Re: PoleFit?

Check out the chinese pole gymnasts. Those people do a bouncing shoulder mount up a ridiculously high pole. I bruise from a standard shoulder mount (you can train out of bruising but it's only by regularly doing the SM), I can't IMAGINE what a bouncing one would feel like.

That video was incredible. I'm just trying to figure out how they don't crush their ***** when they flip onto the pole like that.

Yo dawg, I heard you like crushing your pole on the pole. So we put a pole on the pole, so you can crush your pole on the pole while crushing the pole
