Just did a Body Weight Turkish Get up 175lbs

Well, I just achieved my goal of doing a body weight load of Turkish-get up.

I haven't been training this movement for a while. For the first time in about 4 months I starting training this movement again.

I managed a 175 lbs Turkish get up with Barbell. ( it wasn't pretty form, but I will clean this up) Now I'm here, I'm going to start training this movement again over the summer and plan to soon head to a heavier weight before the year ends.

I'll post a video tomorrow when I can find a USB Cable.

Wow -- great job! Did you press it from the ground or did you assist with other arm? And how much do you press?

Here it is.

Keep in mind, this is a Turkish get up, not a turkish get down.

Wow! I believe you when you say you are a professional circus performer. That is worthy of Cirque de Soleil.
