I have not yet subscribed to the CFJ, but I plan to subscribe and order some back issues soon.

Can anyone tell me which issue it was that explained how the WOD was selected and developed, and also which issues have the best/most info on nutrition? Any other issues which may have info that is particularly important to an FNG?

Thank you!
