Anyone have pics?

Hey Everyone

I am looking for pics from people that have been not only crossfitting but also following a mostly paleo diet...I am really in need of some encouragement. If I could see pics from females that would be ideal since I am female. I am about 148 right now and want to get down to about 130. I am 5'6 as well. I have been crossfitting since September and have been trying to maintain a paleo diet for a few months as well...i definitely have been having more days that are "cheat" days with the holidays but am wanting to hit it hard again and am looking for motivation.

Thanks in advance to those who post!!

Don't get hung up on weight.

So many people get a weight in their head and they want to weigh there, no matter what.

Honestly take your scale toss it out, and go with the

Do you look better, feel better and preform better mentality.

I haven't weighed myself in I don't know when. I just work on what needs work. Weight is not so much an issue. I don't count calories/fat/etc. I eat when I am hungry, which, since I started CF, seems to be all the time, haha.

I am trying not to look at the numbers but I would like to see results that people have seen in themselves physically (becoming more toned and all) as well.

Re: Anyone have pics?

Worry about your numbers (CFT, 5 k time, 100 meter time, 500 meter row time, pull ups, etc) and clean up your diet (eat real food paleo for in an amount that will support excersize) and you're appreance will follow.

Form follows function, not the other way around

Re: Anyone have pics?

I'll see if I can dig some up. We've definitely had men and women lean out by chasing performance and eating strict Paleo. I'd recommend keeping your carb intake under 50g/day outside of your PWO recovery meal.

I would really appreciate that! I am more focused on results rather than numbers so I definitely appreciate your help!

Re: Anyone have pics?

I went Paleo October 12. I had pretty much lost all the weight I wanted to at that point, but I've ended up losing about another 5 lbs on Paleo without trying, and I've leaned out considerably.

Here's a link to my old pics from April and June (WFS, although I am in a sports bra and underwear): http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=47931

Most recent pics are attached, both from the last two weeks.

I've definitely chased performance from the beginning. I started Paleo because I tore my hamstring and was hoping it would help me make some strength gains...which it has. Really nice abs were a bonus .
