Re: Abs

Id say that the abs are in alot of Wods, the degree of which, fluctuates. we use our core(abs) for alot of stabilizing moves, such as the squat series. There have been a few WOD's that i remember that included sit-ups recently. But i will admit i dont get the satisfying "hurts to laugh" pain i used to get when i was hitting the weights. I sometimes will do some supplemental leg raises to close out a workout session and that seems to keep me happy. But there really isnt any shame in doing some swiss ball crunches as well...is there?

Re: Abs

You can do some "abs" on your own, adding them to CrossFit. But I gotta tell you, have you ever seen the athletes profiles or videos. They sure as hell dont need extra ab exercises.

Re: Abs

The abs are in the search function and at the bottom of this page. This subject has been touched on plenty. check it out. Coach Glassman has touched on this, too. He says tighten your abs like a M.F.
