Frictionless they say?

Sounds like false advertising to me!

Re: Ab Circle Pro!

I would desperately love to know what the hell they could possibly put on an "instructional" DVD for that thing.

Kurt, I love that despite all the fitness misinformation (I like how she says it targets "your entire core, your upper, lower, middle abs, and even the obliques!" Who needs those useless back muscles when you have a washboard stomach!), poor fitness prioritizing, ridiculous fitness and weight loss claims, and misleading animations they put in there your objection is a physics one.

P.S. I find it incredibly sad on several levels that some people will actually buy that.

Hah, they should be working on a perpetual motion machine instead of 'exercise' equipment

Re: Ab Circle Pro!

My 5'10, #250 brother-in-law has one of those and every time my wife and I go to visit he begs me to try it out. "It really works the core," or so I am told.

Re: Ab Circle Pro!

That is seriously funny. I love the 'transformation' pictures with a load of illegible writing at the bottom that probably reads 'change occurred while subject was on a reduced calorie diet compared to their normal gargantuan feasts, and was exercising regularly'!
