ouch

Ok...first day was yesterday...thank goodness for a rest day!
cant be more of a newbie than that!
21-15-9-ouch...what can I do if I physically cant do a handstand? any supplement to that? Also, I am 6 weeks from my knee surgery...any recommendations on warming up??

In the afternoon
the day wears on, my relief
are poems, Haiku.

There are many ways
To say this, but the haiku
is the funniest.

More information than I
None in Haiku though.
