CFFB:

Deadlift 5RM. Back was a little tweaky today, didn't feel 100%. Got 285.
3 rounds of max deadhangs. Previous was 3-2-3. Got 4-4-3.

12-9-6-3
Power cleans - 185 (used 145)
Ring dips

I should have done regular dips. The rings are a bit much for me right now. Also, I got the broken bar today. Sleeves kept coming off. Wasted a good 30 seconds messing with them today.

Got my bench in today. 3x5 at 195.

Back Squat: 3x5 @ 235. 5lbs up from previous 3x5

WOD:
10 minutes AMRAP:
3x power snatch 135 (I did 115)
5x HSPU (I did elevated pushups)
7x 20inch box jump

I got 7 rounds plus snatches, pushups, and 4 box jumps. So close!

20 yard bear crawl
5 deadlift (215lbs)
10 burpees

That was really mean. Second bear crawl ate my lunch. Didn't have any idea those could be so hard.

2 Rounds for time:

5 pushups
100 yard sprint
10 pushups
80 yard sprint
15 pushups
60 yard sprint
20 pushups
40 yard sprint

Got standard pushups though the "5" of my second round. Switched to my knees after that. I'm so fat.

Forgot my time, right around 9 minutes, I think. Slow on the pushups.
