3x5 @ 255 on back squat
1x10 @215

400m run

50m walking lunges

Worked up to 5x300 on deadlift. Didn't want to push past in fear of injury.

We started a WOD but didn't have time to finish the whole thing.

It was supposed to be 6 rounds of:

2 minutes of work:
300m run
135lb thrusters (I scaled to 95)

We did 3 rounds.

5(95), 8(95), 7(115)

Did an OHS day and a metcon.

3 Rounds
115lbs
12 Deadlift
9 Hang cleans
6 Shoulder to OH
400m run

Sort of a "meh" day. Power cleans up to 205. Missed 210 twice.

Back squat. 3x8 at 225. 8s are exhausting when you're used to 5s and 3s.
