Good day today.

Press 3x3 at 125

Warmed up on some deadlift. Got up to 245.

3 rounds for time:

7 deadlift at 245
12 jumping pullups

If you don't use it, you lose it...

Quick squat today. Worked up to 5x215. Back wasn't 100% because of deadlift yesterday so I ended it there. Playing it safe. I hadn't done 5s in a while, so it was good just to get some reps in.

Annie... yikes. Not fun... My PR and previous time were 8:15. That was maybe 2 months ago. Today was 12:06. Serious drop there. First set of DUs was horrible. I had a couple good stretches, but a lot of 2s and 3s. Looks like a took a flogging on my chest, too. Nasty stuff. Situps were just plain hard, too.

Oh well, when you fall, you just have to get back up and keep going.

Decent Monday. Ran short on time after my press, so did some intervals.

Press. Sets up 3 up to 135.

5x100 on intervals with 2-400m of walking in between. Man, I'm beat.

Sort of a "meh" day.

Decided to do overhead squats. Ended up working up to 115lbs. 50 rep total from 45 and up. Boring work, but I know I need it.

Then I hit a few cleans with Nik. Ended up with 3 at 185. Lower back was feeling weak from all the OHS reps, so I called it early. Next time.

Really fun day today.

Mainpage from 6/25

5 Rounds for time
5 deadlift at 275
25 situps

9:20

Less than 2 mins a round, which made me happy. Deadlifts felt really sold. First 3 rounds were quicker on the deads, then I slowed down a bit so I didn't go to injury. Really fun.

Easy day.

Started out with snatches. Went bar to 75 and then +5lbsx3 up to 120. Stopped there because my shoulders were hurting, and not in an awesome hurt sort of way.

Then we ran a mile. Calves were really tight but my breath was ok.

Good day today. I went back to squat but ran short on time. Ended up with 3x3 press at 135 (10lbs over last time). Also did a quick Annie. 9:36 which is an improvement over my 12:06 last time. Good stuff.

Another pretty good day.

Great warmup. I think I PRd consecutive double-unders with 63 in a single set.

Power cleans up to 205. Getting some of my mojo back. Happy with it.

Had a friend up on Friday. Put him through a quick workout. It was meant to be Helen, but I goofed a bit on the numbers. Ended up with

3 rounds
250m run
21 kb swings at 1.5pood
15 jumping pullups

Back on track today.

Press:
Worked up to 2x3 at 140
Then singles up to 157.5. Forgot to load up one side.

Then a metcon.

5 round
5 power cleans at 155
20 situps
100m sprint

10:20ish
