I'll warn you that they're pretty humbling. In my opinion some things are too easy while others are too adavanced to be considered, say, Intermediate. There's a group of women who log their results on the Fit Chicks Challenge thread in case you're interested.

The fit chick's challenge thread is awesome. I have yet to post my stats there but I think the benchmarks help SO much. We're all so goal oriented around here anyway, eh?

Also...I JUST responded to your question on my log! You probably don't even remember it it was so long ago...sorry bout that. Somehow it got skipped over!

Thanks for the link, Christin. You may be creating monster. I can be VERY goal oriented/competetive. But, I also know these goals are going to take some time to accomplish...

Oh and thanks for the compliment about the pic. I'm trying to grow my hair out so it's longer now but it the only decent pic I had...

WOD:

Push Jerk 3,3,3,3,3

45 lb for warmup set, 55, 65, 65, 70, 70 (racked bar inbetween)

Lots of room for improvement here. I think I need more practice throwing myself down and under the bar.

CFE:
Tabata run

12% incline x 6.5 mph (20:10) x 8

My warmup included pullups toda and I did 5 at one time deadhang with no assistance. I am sloooowly increasing. Did a total of about 15 w/o assistance in my warmup.
