I was wondering if maybe I was doing it wrong. Poor John!

Thanks Alix! I'm going to try to work on it more today IF I'm not too sore from yesterday.

Muahaha! The power of suggestion...you should have some ice cream! Please allow me to live vicariously through you.

We'll see how impressed Tucker is when he can actually see the kipping. He may laugh at me...again!

Awesome job on your pullups! Do you feel like you're getting better?

Re: Vanessa's1st Crossfit Journal

Did a 5k instead of the 90 min TT so that I will be good to go for CFT on Monday. Completed in 24:05. Btter than the last one at over 25 minutes. I think I am just getting more confident in my ability to run faster for a longer period of time.

Worked on kipping a little more. Also did my burpees.

Nick, I do feel like the pullups/kipping is getting better. God, I hope it is!

Re: Vanessa's1st Crossfit Journal

Great job with your kipping progression! I haven't been practicing b/c my shoulder doesn't like the way they feel. The deadhangs are easier for me to work on... I need to start practicing again so I can keep up with you!!

Muah!!! Greg! That was a big ole kiss from me to you! Missed you! Thanks for reading my journal.

I don't think I could have done that a few years ago when we did that 5k. Was that really our times?
