Crossfit and the Zone

I'm 19, 5' 7.5", about 175 lbs, and (according to the charts in the zone book) 15 % bodyfat. However, using a caliper I'm about 13.5 % body fat, but I'll go with the worst case scenario. My in take depends on my activity factor. I do the WOD's, play indoor soccer games twice a week, and train Muay Thai 2-3 times a week. Am I considered very active (0.9 activity factor) or 0.8 activity factor. My goals are to lose fat to get to 6-8% bodyfat and improve my athletic performance. For the past couple days I have been eating 15 blocks, I don't know if thats too little or not? Any, advice?
I'm used to the intensity of the exercises since I did Ross's training for about six months now and am looking for variation. I just started crossfit this week, however I am starting a cycle behind. Today, I did Cindy for the first time and got 22 rounds flat, I guess its good for a new Crossfitter.
I really look forward to doing Linda in a couple of days.
Thanks in advance,
