Yeah, but do they still issue Ham Omelete. AKA lung in a bag or now Pukie in a bag.

Great that you have that stuff. Once life settles down and I'm back in Van. I'll definetly be looking to get some.

I haven't seen that one in a long time. But the hamsteak and mustard sauce is pretty bad. So is the omlette with salsa, its terrible! Or the breakfast sausages, otherwise known as liquid bacon fat with sausages, its actually pretty tasty. I think if you can hold it down while pepper podding you get a battlefield commission.

I had the opportunity to get some of the Canadian "lunch bag" MREs when trading a guy for some stuff he wanted down here. I actually liked the omlette and salsa...funny thing is that they are made by a US MRE company (Wornick) but some of the menu items are not available here.

Feel free to ship me some (unexpired) MREs. :-)

Pierre, I seem to recall the Ham Omelete was being phased out in 94-95. Though knowing the system they probably just used the last one.

But still better than what the Brits ate.

Pierre,

Wish you had made your post a week ago. I just placed my order for a bar and bumpers through a local retailer, but would have saved through you. Next time :-)

When do you head to Laurentian? I live in Ottawa, but we visit friends in Sudbury a few times a year when on route to my wife's hometown of Elliot Lake. Perhaps we could meet up for a WOD next time I'm heading through. We can push press the big nickle. :-)

Hi folks their was a miscommunication during this thread with prices for Chapman O-Lifting bars! I have made a "grave" error and I want to apologize.

I gave the impression that these bars would be distributed throughout the united states for these prices. Unfortunately the listings above were meant to be Canadian and introductory. Meaning they wouldn't remain that way. I completely dropped the ball on this one and I feel terrible about it. Its not a good way to start out.

Further when I said within the next few days that I would be selling products if you look at the mission website you can see that I am only selling Hi-Temp bumpers at this time. Again my sincere apologies if my posts (being all over the freeking place) mislead anyone.
