Sorry if there are any glitches in the ordering process, this is their first day of business and they are trying to get any bugs out that show up.
I have been in regular contact with the CEO of that company, and he will honor the CF discount.
For shipping costs, download the shipping form near the top of the page, that should help.
I just e-mailed their CEO again, since I began this post, about your questions; and I also placed an order for a 40kg/88lb kettlebell. My total cost, before the discount was $104.99. It is my understanding that the discount will be taken off at their end, though it does not show during checkout. Use the "special instructions" block to type in your code instead of the"coupon" block.
I'll do my best to expedite whatever I can to help out.

Frank, so does that mean that the shipping and handling charge is just $5.00? Or is the $104.99 for your bell the cost before the shipping? Sorry, I just haven't gotten a clear answer yet, a bit tired today mentally.

Josh, when I printed my receipt for my order it showed $99.99 (before the discount) for the kettlebell plus $5.00 handling for a total of $104.99. Shipping was listed as zero; I am reading it right off my own receipt.
I know over the first few days there will be some tweaking done from their end to smooth things out; especially the checkout process. I will post any updates as clearly and concisely as possible.

So hurry and order before they catch on about the shipping...

Josh,

Where did you find the 16/24/32 package at? I'm pretty sure I checked everywhere on there, even the d'load order form...

Josh, glad you that worked out okay.
I've been corresponding with the supplier, trying to get the CrossFit discount in place, for several months. They are working out a better checkout format that will show the discount.
I tried it out twice this morning and it did work.
This is what they suggest to actually see your discount during checkout:
This time use the "coupon" block and type in
s-crossfitvip
during your checkout. Use all lower case letters with no spaces.

This is different than what was posted yesterday, but it seems to be better.
Hope that makes things a little smoother for everyone.

Josh,

Nevermind...I was thinking there was a "set of 3" package, but that's the cost after the CF discount.

Frank, I did as you said earlier and just put crossfitvip in the special instructions box, I'm still gonna get the discount, right? BTW, thanks for all your hard work with this, can't wait to get my bells now. I think with the exception of bumpers, I've bought every expensive required piece of equipment (power rack, 300lb weight set, elite rings, kettlebells.), now on to making stuff of my own!

Jason, correct, no set of 3 purchase, I just bought 16, 24, and 32k bells.
