Re: "Fran" times. Whats your best

Ive only done it three times since 2008. There is a reason for doing it once a year.. Like Kevin said; throbbing headaches, Fran cough for a few days, and just an overall miserable experience... haha. 3:40 something.. 2:51, which I have on tape, and my most recent was 2:11 about 9 months ago. The second one my coach made me redo a couple of pull-ups, but the last one was flawless... I have recently developed a fairly proficient butterfly kip, and hope to PR again! Ill be sure to bring the camera

Re: "Fran" times. Whats your best

Revisited Fran today after taking on board all the feedback from this thread so thanks for those who contributed.
I also shared it with the guys I train with to ensure that they are very strict on my form.
Managed 2:46 which I am pretty pumped with. Am just uploading the video to youtube and will share when its done.

You can easily go under 3 minutes. You have a great buterfly pull up.
Just by having a friend do you camera work allowing you to focus on the session will save you a minute straight away.

@Marcus Smith: thanks

But for the camera, this time also allows me to take back my breath, therefore by not having to occupy me there, I do not know if I would win a lot of time.
