o.k. i am asking this question is all seriousness, i swear. since i decided to start eating differently and following a paleo diet i have been experiencing massive amounts of flatulence. i mean real bad. is this just a horrible side effect of a diet rich in veggies or am i doing somwething wrong?! otherwise i feel better than ever.

Hmmm...1st...avoid open flame! (sorry, couldnot resist!) You might try adding in a high quality probiotic like Newchapters Allflora...I have not had this problem since I ditched grains...occasionally my carb load meals will get me a little...not usually however. Keep us posted (just stay down wind...)

Probiotics are just bacteria. However, these bacteria are actually very good for you and can help improve your digestion among other things. I second Robb's recommendation of New Chapter, http://www.new-chapter.com/.
Also, take a look at their anti-inflammatory, Zyflamend.
