When I suggested 100 burpies it was in anticipation of a night out with the boys. A slice of cake or two? I'd say two rounds of tabata, pushups and squats for instance.

I guess I should list what I'm eating today.. just because everyone else is.


4egg omelet with ham (smoked), tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheddar (in my best Ace Ventura voice >>> YUMMY!)

Green salad with some grilled chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, gr. peppers, a few mandarin orange pieces, oil and vinegar..... made me hungrier.

about 1 oz. of jerky and 2-3 ounces of leftover beef brisquet that I've been gnawing on for snacks today.

I know what you mean. I was looking at my abs and legs today and I swear I can see a little more of the 6 pack and 1ess chub on my legs. It's only been 2 days so it's probably just water..but still!

I had:

can of raw tuna
raw sunflower seeds
raisins
2 bananas
broccoli
blueberries
black coffee
organic cottage cheese
apple slices

(not all at once, just so far today)

I have a headache, I think i'm in withdraw. I don't like this anymore.
