Yes. I have been hitting the Echo Bike three time a week. One 20ish minute workout, one 10ish minute workout, and one 5ish minute workout. I am also trying to walk 2-3 miles daily too. Usually in the evening before I crash on the couch and watch tv with the wife.

Early last Friday morning I banged my left foot against the cedar chest in my bed room! My small toes are all black and blue and hurt like heck! Looks like I won't be doing much running & jumping for a while.

This went pretty well. The lighter weights were tougher with more reps. I think I could have gone heavier, but I was running out of time to get to a meeting. Got to keep work from messing with my WODs.
