Dumbbell swings for Shoulder Warmup

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f30-l_8Blts wfs

Shoulder warm-up drill adapted from Parallel bar swings. I prefer 10-20 swings building height and ROM.

Also can do twisting while holding the DB overhead or hang and presses that play with turn in or turn out on the starting or ending position of the press.

Note that the camera or floor is probably not level nor are my shoulders due to a right shoulder separation some years back. And this wasn't the first set so the reps were not as many as I would typically do.

The dumbbells I used with 20's but doing them as heavy as possible isn't the point. Often PB swings are a good basic warmup in gymnastics. It's more dynamic than a shoulder raise.

Obviously an American KB swing can be done for the same effect and warming up the legs and back or you can add a squat with the DB swings.
