I saw a wheel with foot holds used for core training. Jack knife push ups etc. It had what looked like a fat wheel barrow wheel with concept 2 looking foot holds. Anybody know where to find this thing? Looks like a great piece.

It's been my experience that the foot straps on the power wheel are an over-priced add on.

For 10 bucks you can get a regular ab wheel and substitute the foot stuff with Knees to elbows. You can also perform the exact same motion with wool socks, or a towel wrapped aroung your legs, on a hard floor (tops of feet on the ground). An extra $30 for foot straps is steep.

Just my two pennies.

I picked up an ab wheel at Ross today for $4.99, plus a pair of 4 lb. medicine balls for $7.99 each. As soon as I got home I did a whole bunch of nose-to-ground ab wheel jack-knifes (from the knees) and launched the med balls into orbit a few times. Much fun.

Rutman sells the abwheel on his website (Crossfit Kansas City). You can help out another crossfitter.
