100kg Back squat 115kg Deadlift 65kg Bench
100kg last set of 3x5 Low bar back squat, first time using low bar style, I find it far superior to the high bar i was using.
bench 65kg last set of 3x5, first time trying powerlifting bench, as shown via a video from elitefts, it didnt feel powerful however, prefer my normal way I bench which was similar however not so engaged?
deadlift 115kg last set of 3x5, Still feel as though I am doing something wrong as in back curving or? Not too sure.
Powerclean 65kg last set of 5x3 .
